Same-Day Delivery
- Order before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery (Monday–Friday)
- Order before 10:00 AM for Saturday delivery
- Some areas may require earlier ordering
Delivery Times
- Businesses: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Homes, hotels & hospitals: by 6 PM
- High schools: by 2 PM
Holiday deliveries may run from 8 AM – 8 PM.
Timing Requests
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we usually deliver within a 4-hour window.
You can request a time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Funeral Orders
Funeral deliveries are a top priority. We coordinate directly with the funeral home to ensure timely arrival.
School Deliveries
- We do not deliver to students at high schools
- Teacher deliveries are accepted
- Student orders should be sent to a home address
Weekend Delivery
Sunday delivery may not be available. If needed, we will deliver on Saturday or the next available day and inform you.
Important Notes
- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes
- If no one is home, we may leave the order in a safe place or contact the recipient
- Incorrect addresses may result in a re-delivery fee
Order Changes & Cancellations
Same-day orders cannot be changed or canceled once processed.
