Sometimes, substitutions may be necessary due to the availability of flowers, plants, or containers.

• We always maintain the same style, color, and overall look of the arrangement
• Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value
• Keepsake items may also be substituted when unavailable, especially during busy seasons

For single-flower arrangements (like roses or orchids), we will try to match the exact type. If not available, we may substitute with a similar flower or colour.
