Our Substitution Policy ensures your order's style and color scheme remain intact, even if certain flowers or containers are unavailable. While we aim to match the photo, substitutions may happen due to weather or availability. Rest assured, any substitutions will be of equal or higher value. If specific design elements are crucial, include them in the florist instructions or contact us for assistance.

Flower Care & Presentation
For cut flowers, use a clean vase, keep stems in fresh water and follow the care instructions included with your order. Display away from direct sunlight, heat and ripening fruit. Remove any leaves below the waterline and refresh the water regularly.
Hand-tied bouquets arrive wrapped; a vase is not included unless the listing states otherwise. Vase arrangements arrive in their container. For plants and orchids, follow the plant-specific care instructions in the description.
Local Delivery & Fresh Flower Policy
Eligible same-day local delivery is available for orders placed before noon Monday–Friday or 10 a.m. Saturday. Some areas require earlier notice. Free local delivery is available within 20 km of Oakville on orders of $75 or more. Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm availability.
Fresh flowers are perishable. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with photos so we can review and help. Seasonal substitutions may be made while preserving the overall style and value. Please see our delivery policy and return and refund policy for full details.
